Marketing

Social Media Supervisor

• Developing overall content to use for social media posting on various platforms (ie. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) 

• Creating the strategy for fundraising campaigns through social media

• Collaborating with Graphic designer (ie. develop graphics for social media, posters for the website or to print, handouts, etc.)

Estimated hours per week: 3-5 hours 

Graphic Designer

• Designing thank you cards, social media content images, posters, handouts

• Working with the social media associate to create graphics accordingly for events, campaigns, or special holidays, etc.

Estimated hours per week: 2-3 hours per week

Non-profit Development

Project Supervisor

• Overseeing and coordinate MP projects 

• Global Giving Partnership management

• Entering/creating the campaign

• Keeping track of upcoming events

• Sending thank you emails

• Sending reports on our projects to our donors with details of how the campaign is doing, 

• How the funds are being spent, the reach/impact of the project, etc. 

• Sending emails to the team to help collect content for our newsletter

Donor Relationship Supervisor

• Drafting reports 

• Printing/mailing monthly newsletter for donors that don't have email 

• Sending thank you cards to donors

• Sending receipts to donors for each donation

• Sending end of the year receipts to each donor

Public Affairs Coordinator

• Managing external email communications

• Maintaining the external mailing list groups

• Sending monthly Newsletter to all key stakeholders 

• Community outreach and relationship building

• Establishing new organizational relationships  

Event Planner

• Working with the Board to plan and organize fundraising events

• Helping in person at local events (ie. Freeville farmer’s market, Ithacafest, etc.)

Estimated hours per week: 1-2 hours per week

Grant Writer

• Searching for grants and apply for them

• Assisting the board with drafting grants that they have found

Estimated hours per week: 1-2 hours per week

Program Supervisor

• Organizing volunteer trips and other programs approved by the Board

Estimated hours per week: 3-5 hours

Operations

Administrative Assistant (Non-profit Finance)

• Supporting the bookkeeping team 

• Collaborating with the bookkeeping team to put budgets together 

• Providing quarterly accounting reporting on the progress of each project, amount raised, goals, etc.

• Submitting annual sales tax to NY state (need to track total sales for the year, including tracking the website sales, in person sales, and farmer’s market event sales 

Estimated hours per week: 3-5 hours

Administrative Assistant (General)

• Maintaining website and updates 

• Scheduling internal meetings and note-taking

• Coordinate with the team to perform other virtual tasks as required

Volunteer Supervisor

• Recruiting and onboarding new volunteers and members - Project and program staffing 

• Performance evaluation and feedback management 

• Developing strategies to find and recruit new volunteers

• Creating internal incentive/reward system 

Estimated hours per week: 3-5 hours
